Abstrak

Edupreneurship merupakan pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan dengan pengembangan keterampilan wirausaha. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi, tantangan, dan dampak implementasi edupreneurship di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 30 artikel terindeks scopus, ditemukan bahwa strategi seperti teaching factory, pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kewirausahaan, kerja sama dengan industri, internalisasi nilai kewirausahaan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dan media sosial menjadi pendekatan utama dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Implementasi strategi ini memberikan dampak baik pada pengembangan keterampilan wirausaha dan meningkatkan minat siswa dalam berwirausaha. Namun tantangan seperti rendahnya kemampuan pemasaran siswa, keterbatasan literasi digital, dan kualitas kurikulum yang belum optimal masih menjadi hambatan utama. Sehingga rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan industri, peningkatan kualitas guru, pengembangan kurikulum adaptif berbasis teknologi, serta internalisasi nilai kewirausahaan untuk mencetak generasi yang kompeten dan berdaya saing. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik ini, edupreneurship dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan mempersiapkan lulusan SMK dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja di era global. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha, kolaborasi industri, dan adaptasi teknologi guna menghadapi tantangan global dalam implementasi edupreneurship di SMK.
