Pengembangan Game Edukasi “Playergy” sebagai Media Pembelajaran Perubahan Energi bagi Siswa SD

Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) adalah salah satu materi penting yang membahas antara hubungan manusia dengan alam, salah satunya adalah materi perubahan energi. Namun, karena metode pembelajaran yang masih konvensional, sering kali membuat para siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi IPA serta merasabosan. Berdasarkan data PISA 2022, skor untuk kategori science di Indonesia mengalami penurunan skor dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlunya sebuah inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran di Indonesia. Melihat permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi mengenai materi perubahan energi untuk siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE sebagai kerangka pengembangan. Pengujian dilakukan pada siswa kelas 4 dengan total responden sebanyak 53 siswa. Hasil uji System Usability Scale menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor mencapai 70,14 dengan kategori "GOOD" dan 90,57% siswa menilai game ini termasuk kategori "OKAY" hingga "BEST IMAGINABLE". Selain itu, pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa fitur game berjalan dengan baik. Uji normalitas data SUS menunjukkan bahwa data siswa laki-laki (p-value = 0,420) dan perempuan (p-value = 0,152) terdistribusi secara normal. Uji validitas yang dilakukan juga menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pertanyaan dinyatakan valid serta uji reliabilitas mencapai skor 0,791. Hasil uji pre-test dan post-test dengan menggunakan perhitungan N-Gain berada pada skor 0,6593, skor tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “MEDIUM” dan cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa daripada penggunaan metode konvensional.
