Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) adalah sistem pembayaran non-tunai berbasis QR Code yang diluncurkan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk memudahkan transaksi digital dan meningkatkan inklusi keuangan Indonesia. Meskipun jumlah pengguna terus meningkat, adopsi QRIS masih menghadapi tantangan terkait masalah keamanan, seperti pemalsuan QRIS dan penipuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi variabel yang mempengaruhi adopsi QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran sehari-hari bagi Generasi Z, dengan menggunakan model TAM yang dimodifikasi. Variabel utama yang digunakan adalah Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use, serta variabel lain seperti Trust, Perceived Enjoyment, Innovation, Behavior Intention, dan Adoption. Data dikumpulkan dari 400 responden menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yang disebarkan secara daring, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur hubungan antar variabel dalam model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Trust, Innovation, dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavior Intention (T-statistics ? 2.834, P-Value ? 0.002). Trust dan Perceived Enjoyment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness (T-statistics ? 6.581, P-Value = 0.000). Behavior Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Adoption (T-statistics = 21.092, P-Value = 0.000). Sementara itu, Perceived Enjoyment (T-statistics = 0.984, P-Value = 0.163) dan Perceived Ease of Use (T-statistics = 1.433, P-Value = 0.076) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavior Intention.
