Abstract

Perubahan yang cepat dan berkelanjutan di berbagai bidang termasuk pendidikan telah membawa dunia ke era globalisasi dan masyarakat berbasis pola pikir untuk mengatasi masalah dunia nyata melalui solusi inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam mengintegrasikan transformasi budaya organisasi inovatif guna meningkatkan kinerja guru secara berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai literatur yang relevan mengenai strategi budaya inovatif di lingkungan pendidikan, dampak, dan tantangan dalam membangun budaya inovatif di lingkungan pendidikan dasar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, kepemimpinan yang mendukung inovasi, serta kolaborasi dan komunitas praktik merupakan strategi kunci dalam menciptakan budaya organisasi yang inovatif dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja guru. Transformasi budaya inovatif ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan keterampilan guru, motivasi kerja, dan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi strategi ini, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta kurangnya pelatihan profesional yang memadai menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi para pemangku kepentingan pendidikan, termasuk pentingnya pelatihan yang berkelanjutan bagi guru, penguatan kepemimpinan inovatif, pembentukan kolaborasi (komunitas praktik). Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru dan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar, serta mendorong terciptanya lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman dan inovatif.
