Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Empowering Leadership dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Kalidoni. Kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor krusial yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan retensi guru, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Kalidoni. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Empowering Leadership memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Demikian pula, Efikasi Diri juga ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Secara simultan, Empowering Leadership dan Efikasi Diri secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam memprediksi kepuasan kerja guru. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan serta keyakinan diri guru terhadap kemampuannya dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memuaskan. Implikasi penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk kepala sekolah dan program pengembangan profesional untuk memperkuat efikasi diri guru.
