Menjaga Sentuhan Manusia dalam Pendidikan pada Era Digital: Peran Personalisasi, Interaksi Sosial, dan Aktivitas Fisik

Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, mulai dari penggunaan platform pembelajaran online, alat bantu digital, hingga integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Transformasi ini menawarkan kemudahan akses informasi, fleksibilitas waktu belajar, dan personalisasi pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Namun, di sisi lain, ada kekhawatiran bahwa interaksi manusia yang mendalam dan langsung bisa terpinggirkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran sentuhan manusia dalam pendidikan berbasis teknologi dengan menyoroti aspek personalisasi, kompetensi sosial-emosional, dan aktivitas fisik yang tidak dapat digantikan oleh teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan literature review, yaitu Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Melalui pendekatan SLR ini dilakukan identifikasi, seleksi dan evaluasi, ekstraksi dan analisis data, sintesis dan penyajian hasil. Data penelitian bersumber dari berbagai dokumen tertulis seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, ensiklopedia, dan internet. Hasil studi menunjukkan, pendekatan personal, sentuhan emosional, interaksi sosial, dan aktivitas fisik selama pembelajaran di sekolah tetap merupakan elemen penting yang tidak tergantikan. Penggunaan alat bantu digital dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) sama sekali tidak dapat menggantikan pentingnya elemen-elemen tersebut.  Studi menegaskan walaupun pemakaian teknologi, platform digital, artifisial inteligen, dan pendekatan hybrid tidak terelakkan dalam pendidikan, tetapi pendekatan personal, interaksi sosial-emosional, dan aktivitas fisik tetap menjadi elemen-elemen yang niscaya dalam pendidikan.
